Michelle Morris, whose journey is marked by strength, purpose, and unwavering determination. After leaving high school early to raise her child, the passing of her mother inspired her to return to her education in her mother’s memory. Michelle enrolled in the GED program at United Ministries, and even after the program ended in 2024, she continued her studies with the support of her tutor and a local church—ultimately completing her GED in the Fall of 2025.
English and Math were her toughest subjects, but Michelle met every challenge with persistence. Her message to fellow students is clear: keep working hard and never give up.
She is deeply grateful to United Ministries, her husband, and her tutor, Jennifer Hull, for standing beside her throughout her journey. Today, Michelle works at North American Rescue in shipping and receiving, and she looks forward to building her future with the same dedication that brought her to this moment of celebration.
