Brandon’s educational journey was anything but traditional. After grappling with some unexpected challenges and attending multiple high schools, Brandon left school before graduating.
Never losing sight of his potential to live independently and pursue a meaningful career, it wasn’t long before Brandon enrolled at GLA to pursue his GED. He found the GED material manageable, but it was the test anxiety the night before each exam that truly tested his resolve.
Nevertheless, Brandon didn’t give up. He pushed through his fear and self-doubt, and eventually proved to himself that he could do anything he put his mind to. Today, that chapter is behind him. He encourages anyone considering the GED not to hesitate—just go for it.
Brandon is grateful to the teachers who supported him along the way, standing by his side and believing in him when he needed it most. Now, as a proud GED graduate, he’s looking ahead—perhaps to college, maybe the military—but certainly to a brighter future and a career that reflects his hard work and determination.
Congratulations, Brandon. We’re so proud of you, and we wish you every success in the exciting journey ahead.
