Topics include reading, spelling, math, writing, basic computer skills, and pre-GED preparation (including science and social studies).

Please complete the form below and a Program Manager from the Learning Center nearest you will contact you and make an appointment for you to come to the center and learn more about the program. You will also have an opportunity to observe a small group, meet some of the students, and see if tutoring is right for you. Then you may sign up for the training most convenient for you.
Cost for new tutor training is a $20 tax-deductible donation, and it covers all materials. Greenville Literacy training is conducted by a group of volunteer trainers who are also experienced tutors.
I will be moving to Greenville at the end of the summer. I am interested in becoming a literacy tutor.
We would love to have you as a volunteer. Please contact us when you get here.
